3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3.2 Refund Timeline

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

3.3 Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For standard-sized packages within the EU, return shipping costs typically range from €5-15 depending on your location.

3.5 Product Condition

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Products should be returned:

  • In their original, unopened packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • With all seals intact
  • With any included documentation or accessories

4. Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction period for unopened products. Products must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

5. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

For dietary supplements specifically:

  • Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Products with broken seals will not be accepted for return

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all packaging materials

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund including return shipping costs

7. Statutory Warranty Rights

As a consumer in the EU, you have legal rights under applicable national legislation regarding defective goods. These statutory rights are not affected by this Return Policy. In Germany, these include:
